RMM software FAQ
Start with the job RMM should perform, the systems it should not replace, and the proof your team needs from a real pilot.
Remote monitoring and management software gives an authorized IT team a central way to observe endpoint health and inventory, respond remotely, apply approved patches, run controlled automation, and retain operational evidence. It does not replace identity, endpoint security, backup, network management, or an IT service agreement.
Managed service providers use RMM across customer environments, while internal IT teams and independent consultants can use the same operating model for endpoints they are authorized to manage. The important boundary is continuing management authority, not the organization label.
Nizlo combines endpoint monitoring, inventory, alerts, Windows patch workflows, scripts and automation, remote support, reporting, and customer and site context. Platform depth varies, so buyers should test every required workflow on a representative endpoint before rollout.
Nizlo Core is $59 per month and Scale is $79 per month. Both include one technician and unlimited RMM endpoints. Additional technicians are $15 per month each, and separately scoped backup usage has its own allowances and pricing.
Yes. The self-service trial lasts 14 days, requires no credit card, and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. A useful pilot begins with one noncritical endpoint and verifies monitoring, patching, automation, remote support, and removal before expansion.
